Actually I wanted to call it sunflower😄😄😄😄 I didn’t put carrots at first because the color didn’t look good, so I added them in the end

Wash the shrimps, remove their heads and shells.

Soak the vermicelli in warm water until soft.

First slice the carrots and place them on the plate (I didn’t add the carrots until the end when I thought the color was not good-looking, so I didn’t take a photo of the carrots). Arrange the quail eggs and shrimp like this.

Place the soaked vermicelli in the middle.

Pour everything except the minced garlic into a small bowl and stir evenly. Heat oil in the pot and add half of the minced garlic to stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the prepared sauce, simmer for a while, turn off the heat, finally add the other half of the minced garlic, take it out of the pan and pour it on the vermicelli.

Put another steamer in cold water and steam for 15-20 minutes, then it is ready to serve.
