Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin Pasta

Today I will share with you a delicious and simple fried pasta with black pepper beef tenderloin and onions. The noodles cooked in this way not only taste delicious, but also have extremely high nutritional value. Both beef tenderloin and onions contain high nutrients. Wash the beef tenderloin and cut into small pieces, cut the onion into small pieces and set aside.

Marinated beef tenderloin: 2 tablespoons of corn starch, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oil, and 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, cut in half and evenly distributed. Pour in 1 tablespoon of peanut oil and freshly ground pepper, mix well and marinate for fifteen minutes.

Heat a pot of hot water. When the water boils, add salt and olive oil and add the pasta.

Cook over high heat for ten minutes, remove and soak in cold water.
