I really don’t know what to eat when I get up in the morning. I look at the lettuce in the refrigerator and the quail eggs and dried tofu that I braised yesterday. I just make an egg-filled pancake with noodles

Add a small spoonful of salt to the flour and mix with warm water to form a smooth dough

Divide the mixed dough into two parts, take one piece of dough and roll it into a cake, coat with oil

Roll up the cake

The rolled cake is plated in circles, and the last tail is pressed down and flattened

The plated cake dough is then rolled out and ready for baking

When big bubbles form in the middle of the cake, pop them with chopsticks and pour in the eggs. I also added some mozzarella cheese when beating the eggs

When the eggs are cooked, take them out of the pan. Spread on your favorite sauce, top with lettuce, dried tofu and quail eggs, roll up and serve
