Overview
Qiuli ointment is made from Qiuli and expectorant Chinese medicine. It can moisten the lungs, relieve cough, promote fluid production and soothe the throat. Pears moisten the lungs, dates nourish the blood, and ginger warms the stomach.

Prepare 8 large Sydney pears and wash them.

Accessories: 2 Luo Han Guo, washed ginger and red dates, half a bowl of rock sugar, 3 grams of Sichuan clams.

Use a paring knife to peel the pears cleanly.

Use a rolling pin to roll the Sichuan clams into powder, use a knife to crack the monk fruit, cut the ginger into shreds, and cut the red dates into strips.

Use a fork to grate the pears into strips and place them in a deep pot.

Then put the red date slices, shredded ginger, rock sugar, Sichuan clams, and Luo Han Guo.

Stir constantly with a shovel. Once the juice comes out of the pears, bring to a boil over high heat.

Turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes. When the pears become soft and rotten and turn red in color, turn off the heat and let cool.

After cooling, filter the pear juice through gauze.
