Cut the meat into shreds and set aside. Put oil in the pot over medium heat. Add the shredded meat and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt, vinegar and rice wine and stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes (add more salt and less salt when adding noodles). Add the sauce and stir-fry evenly. Put it in a plate and set aside.

Put a pot for frying meat under the water, boil the water, add a little salt and oil, bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. When the noodles are cooked, add some vegetables and put the noodles into a bowl.

Pour the cooked shredded pork on top and sprinkle with a little chopped green onion
