I have always kept a distance from the mutton. It’s really hard to accept the smell if it’s not cooked well! I have made this double-radish mutton slices in Egypt several times and it is so delicious that I have to share it

Heat the raw mutton in hot water, blanch the blood, remove and slice into pieces

Prepare ingredients

Prepare hob cubes of radish. Because it’s stewing, don’t cut it too thin

Prepare sauce

Pour water into the pressure cooker and add mutton

Then pour all the ingredients except onions into the pressure cooker. Cover and press for 8 minutes.

After boiling, add a little salt to collect the soup.
