Black pepper and vegetable egg pancake
Overview
This egg pancake was made the last time I made a colorful pepper ring egg pancake. Because there was only one colored pepper and there was a lot of batter left after using it up, I made it directly into an egg pancake.

Add an appropriate amount of flour and beat in an egg.

Cut the colored pepper into pieces, wash and chop the green onion, and cut the ham into small dices. (Please ignore the colorful peppers cut into rings, because this picture was also taken when making the colorful pepper ring egg pancakes.)

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the flour and eggs, add chopped green onions, diced ham, chopped color peppers, an appropriate amount of salt and black pepper, and stir into a batter.

Brush a layer of oil in a pan, turn to low heat. When the oil is hot, pour in the batter and fry over low heat until one side turns brown.

Flip and brown the other side.
