Wash the ribs.

Add ginger, green onion, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and teriyaki sauce, mix well and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Wash the dried lotus leaves and soak them.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and put them into lotus leaves.

Add the ribs.

Wrap potatoes and ribs in lotus leaves.

Place in a steamer and steam until cooked (about 1 hour).
