Ingredients
Steps
-
Put the eggs and sugar into a bowl and mix well
-
Then add the melted butter and stir evenly without any lumps
-
Then pour the stirred egg liquid into the sifted flour
-
After kneading the dough, divide it into two parts. Wrap one part directly in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour
-
Add cocoa powder to another portion and knead it into a cocoa-colored dough, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour
-
Take out two pieces of refrigerated dough, roll it out, and then use a mold to carve out the shape as shown in the picture. The squirrel mold is composed of three parts: the squirrel's face, body, and two little hands. The raccoon mold is composed of four parts: the body, eyes, belly, and tail, so you have to carve out the biscuit dough separately and then put it back together again. (My expressive ability is too limited)
-
Cut the dough sheets of the two colors into long strips, then cross them and roll them out a few times to make a raccoon tail
-
As shown in the picture, after carving all four parts of the raccoon, put them together again, glue the tail part with a little water, and finally add almonds as objects to hold
-
The same goes for squirrel biscuits. Then preheat the oven at 160° for 20-25 minutes on the middle and lower floors. Then take it out to dry for a while, then use a chocolate pen to draw a pattern and let it dry completely!
