Wash a handful of spinach, squeeze the juice with a food processor, then add an appropriate amount of flour and yeast and knead it into a green dough; squeeze the juice from half a carrot, add an appropriate amount of flour and yeast and knead it into an orange dough; steam the purple potatoes in a pot, add flour and yeast water and knead it into a purple dough.

Place the 3 pieces of dough in a warm and moist place to ferment until doubled in size.

After the fermented dough is fully deflated, roll each piece of dough into thin sheets.

Stack the three rolled dough sheets together according to your favorite color combination.

Start rolling up from one end.

Cut into even segments.

Flatten each skin with your hands, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a bun skin. Pay attention to rolling the edges thinly.

Add the fillings and wrap it how you like. I wrapped my favorite clam type.

Place the wrapped buns in a warm place for secondary proofing. Then put it in a steamer and steam it for 20 minutes (because I wrapped it with meat filling, it takes 20 minutes to steam it), continue to simmer for another 5 minutes and take it out of the pot.
