  1.   7. Flatten each skin with your hands, then use a rolling pin to roll it into a bun skin. Pay attention to rolling the edges thinly.

  8. Add the fillings and wrap it how you like. I wrapped my favorite clam type.

  9. Place the wrapped buns in a warm place for secondary proofing. Then put it in a steamer and steam it for 20 minutes (because I wrapped it with meat filling, it takes 20 minutes to steam it), continue to simmer for another 5 minutes and take it out of the pot.
