First soak the duck feet buns in warm water for about three hours, changing the water once or twice

Wash the soaked duck feet buns and put them into a casserole. Add the braised buns, ginger slices, and appropriate amounts of dark soy sauce and light soy sauce (more if you like darker colors, less if you like lighter colors). Pour in cooking wine and cook on low heat for half an hour

When the soup dries up

Put the lettuce, dried beans, and edamame rice (I put the edamame rice at the bottom because it is more difficult to cook among the three)

Continue to cook on low heat for about 15 minutes, add green and red peppers, garlic leaves, and done. (After adding the vegetables, decide whether you need to add salt according to your own taste, because duck feet buns are inherently salty)
