Oyster Sauce Lettuce
Overview
I like the crispness and tenderness of lettuce and its slightly sweet texture. It is often used to line the bottom of dishes and eaten raw. You can also use lettuce with other seasonal vegetables to make a salad, which is very good. This time I stir-fried the classic oyster sauce lettuce with oyster sauce, which was as delicious as ever. When frying this dish, be careful not to overcook it. Just stir fry over high heat. If the heat is too high, nutrients will be lost and the taste of the dish will be compromised.

Wash the lettuce cleanly and soak in cold water for 5 minutes.
