Boil pork skin, onion, ginger and cooking wine over high heat for 10 minutes

Remove and scrape clean the fat

Cut the skin into shreds and wash it repeatedly with hot water

Put it in the pressure cooker with a water ratio of 1:1. Pour it out in half an hour and put it in a lock box. Add salt, wolfberry and coriander. Let it cool and you can eat it
