Chinese Steak
Overview
Hehe! The Chinese-style steak is still a copycat steak. I didn’t prepare any seasonings for frying the steak. I went to the market to buy some beef to make soup, but I suddenly bought two pieces on a whim. I made a copycat version based on the seasonings I had at home. The price is different, but it tastes good! It’s worth sharing, but it’s just missing a pair of knives and forks.

Steps
-
Use the back of a knife to loosen the meat of the steak, then add salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, meat tenderizer, black peppercorns, and oil to marinate.
-
Cut the shallots and tomatoes into small pieces.
-
Heat a pan and add olive oil.
-
Add marinated steak and fry until cooked. (I don’t dare to eat it with blood in it.) It can only be fried.
-
Fry and place on a plate.
-
Use cornstarch, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and add water to make some sauce.
-
Sauté the shallots in the pot until fragrant, add diced tomatoes and stir-fry, add the prepared cornstarch sauce, and cook over high heat until thickened.
-
Pour in sauce.
