Three Cup Chicken
Overview
This is homemade three cups of chicken, one cup of ginger, one cup of garlic and one cup of light soy sauce.

Wash and cut the chicken legs into pieces and set aside, slice the ginger and peel the garlic

Turn the wok to medium heat, add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until the chicken is dry and the chicken oil overflows

After the chicken is fried, pour it into a bowl of cooking oil, put the ginger and garlic into the pot and sauté until fragrant

After the ginger and garlic are fragrant, add the fried chicken pieces and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add half a bowl of light soy sauce, a small amount of cornstarch, pepper, oyster sauce, salt, and sugar. Add a small bowl of water, stir-fry for a minute and cover the pot to reduce the juice
