Blanch the whole piece of meat in a pot and cut it into small pieces, then fry it in a frying pan with some oil.

Then pour out the fried oil and put it into half a small bowl of water and simmer for ten minutes, so that the meat will not be too chewy.

Boil the water until it is almost dry, pour in the white sugar, brown sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and stir-fry slowly over low heat.

After the sugar melts, pour in half a bowl of cornstarch water to reduce the juice.

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and minced green onion.
