The raw materials are ready;

Soak cowpeas in salt water for 20 minutes to remove pesticides;

Wash the cowpeas, remove the heads and tails, and cut them into equal lengths;

Press the fermented bean curd into puree with a spoon, mince the garlic, and cut the millet into thin rings;

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt and a little cooking oil, add the cowpeas and cook;

Take out the cool boiled water and put it on the plate (if you want to eat in cold weather, you can use cold water);
