  2. Clean the squid, remove the skin on the surface (optional), pull out a thorn from the belly, and cut the onion into cubes and set aside.

  3. Marinate the squid with a small amount of salt (to remove the smell of ice water).

  4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a non-stick pan, then add the squid and fry. (If water comes out during the frying process, remove the water).

  5. After the squid is fried, add cumin powder and serve.

  6. After cleaning the pot, add oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant.

  7. Add onions.

  8. Add appropriate amount of salt (very fragrant)

  9. Add squid to pan and stir-fry with onions.

  10. Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce (the squid itself will be cooked as soon as it is rolled)

  11. Finished product. The fresh squid is refreshing and crispy, making it a great dish to go with wine.
