Put the main ingredients (eggs, sugar, salt, milk powder, cake flour, milk yeast) in the bread machine except butter, and add butter after 20 minutes. Knead until you pull it out and touch it. I forgot to take pictures during this process

When kneading reaches the expansion stage, you can pull out the hand mask and start fermentation. The fermentation function of my bread machine is one hour. After that, it will continue to rise for 20 minutes to 2.5 times the original.

Divide into two parts, let rest for 15 minutes, and roll into balls.

Ferment for about 45 minutes. Ferment until doubled in size. I put it in the oven for fermentation, with a bowl of hot water underneath. If the weather is cold, I have to change the water when it gets cold.

Place in the middle rack of the oven, 170 degrees, for 25 minutes. Observe at all times. Ovens are different and the temperature needs to be adjusted by yourself.

Next, make the cheese filling, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and milk powder evenly. Adjust it to how it looks in the picture. Don't have too much milk, otherwise it will be too thin and it will flow out easily. You can put it in little by little, don't put it all at once. You can also add sugar according to your own taste

Cut the bread into four, with two layers in the middle of each

Put the cheese filling in the middle. If you like cheese, you can add more

Spread cheese filling on both sides

Put sweet milk powder in the plate and coat both sides evenly with flour. I use Nestlé milk powder.

The cheese bag is finished, it will taste better when chilled in the refrigerator.
