Stir-fried pickled cabbage vermicelli
Overview
Sauerkraut is a common dish on the dining table in Northeast China, and there are many ways to make it. This stir-fried vermicelli with pickled cabbage is sour and appetizing. It is one of my favorite dishes.

Prepare a pickled cabbage core, an appropriate amount of sweet potato vermicelli, chopped green onion, shredded ginger, and sliced garlic.

Blanch the vermicelli in a pot of boiling water and let cool, then cut the sauerkraut into shreds

Blanched vermicelli and chopped sauerkraut

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant

Add shredded pickled cabbage and stir-fry for a few times

Add vermicelli and stir-fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce

Put a small amount of thirteen incense

Add appropriate amount of water and stir-fry quickly to fully absorb the flavor of the dish

Finally, add the garlic slices and stir-fry for a few times
