  1. Prepare all the ingredients and heat the unsalted butter over water to dissolve.

  2. Mix whole eggs with caster sugar until the sugar dissolves. (Can be heated with warm water)

  3. Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder into the egg batter and stir until there are no lumps.

  4. Add maple sugar in batches, stir to combine, then add melted unsalted butter in batches. Be sure to stir evenly.

  5. Put the batter into a piping bag, seal it and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  6. Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle some flour on it, and pour off the excess flour (the picture doesn't have enough flour!). Preheat the oven to 180°C for ten minutes.

  7. Pour the batter into the mold and bake in the oven (180°C) for 12 to 15 minutes.

  8. My husband prefers the original flavor, but if you like, you can add some white chocolate and sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate and chopped nuts. Beautiful and delicious~eat while hot~
