Egg biscuits
Overview
I like to make some biscuits by myself, and I also consider health aspects when making them. Just like this biscuit, it does not add too much butter and powdered sugar, but uses eggs and milk. It does not taste very crispy, but it is a relatively healthy energy snack 😄

Weigh and prepare the materials

After the butter has softened at room temperature, mix with the powdered sugar and beat with a whisk until pale

Add eggs and beat well

Add milk and salt and mix well

Sift in low-gluten flour

After initially kneading into a dough, add white sesame seeds

Knead into dough

Shape the dough into a rectangular shape, wrap it in plastic wrap and chill it in the refrigerator for 40 minutes

Cut into 3mm thick slices and place in a baking pan (if it is a regular baking pan, lay a layer of parchment paper first)

Preheat the oven, middle layer, heat up and down to 165 degrees, about 15 minutes
