Bright grilled wings
Overview
This grilled wing recipe was slowly developed by myself. I used to like eating grilled wings sold outside. Everyone knows that you can just buy the marinade ingredients and make them yourself. It is very simple. But every time I pick up the direct marinade ingredients and see what the pigment is, I dare not buy this or that one! When buying soy sauce or whatever, buy the one with the least added ingredients. In fact, they all taste the same! Friends will order this grilled wings in advance when they come home, haha, because they need to be marinated for a while haha!

Wash the chicken wings 3-5 times and soak them for a while if you have time

Add the prepared ginger slices, celery, cooking wine, light soy sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, fermented bean curd juice, salt, and five-spice powder to the chicken wings, mix well, seal with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour!

Take the baked wings out of the refrigerator, put them in the oven or air fryer, squeeze some honey on them, preheat both the oven and the air fryer for 2 minutes, and then start baking! About 15 minutes, if using an air fryer! You can turn it over halfway!
