  4. Add oil to the pan and fry the potato slices over medium heat for a while.

  5. Add half a bowl of water to the pot and cook for about 4 minutes until the water dries up. Do not cook for too long as the potatoes will become crumbly.

  6. Add chili millet, salt, drizzle in sesame oil, stir-fry evenly. (If you like spicy food, you can add spicy millet when frying the potato slices at the beginning)
