Preparation materials: potatoes, millet pepper, oil, salt, sesame oil

Slice the potatoes, rinse them several times with water, and soak them in water for a while. (I just want to remove some starch to make it less sticky to the pan)

Drain potatoes.

Add oil to the pan and fry the potato slices over medium heat for a while.

Add half a bowl of water to the pot and cook for about 4 minutes until the water dries up. Do not cook for too long as the potatoes will become crumbly.

Add chili millet, salt, drizzle in sesame oil, stir-fry evenly. (If you like spicy food, you can add spicy millet when frying the potato slices at the beginning)
