Grilled saury with lemon aroma
Overview
There are promotions in supermarkets - this is my original intention of buying saury. Then ask someone when to eat. Someone said: Eat it today! Ask him how he wants to eat? He said: Roast and eat! Roast and eat! The voice was as excited as a child's. It turned out to be surprisingly simple to make, just seasoned with lemon and salt, and it tasted very delicious. So I’m going to keep trying other things – can I say the supermarkets are having sales again? :)

Remove the internal organs and gills of the saury, wash it, and make a few cuts on both sides of the fish body.

Rub salt and shredded ginger on the fish, rub some salt in the belly of the fish, and add shredded ginger.

Place tin foil on a baking sheet, place the saury on top, place in the oven at 220 degrees, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn the fish over halfway through baking.

When it's almost cooked, sprinkle some green onions.
