Sausage and steamed cabbage
Overview
I sorted out the refrigerator and found a piece of sausage. When we make sausage here, we like to put some dried tofu in the meat filling. This way, the sausage will be softer, which is suitable for the elderly with bad teeth. Today I used this steamed cabbage with sausage. Although it is simple, it tastes very good. Cabbage contains a variety of vitamins, inorganic salts, cellulose and other nutrients, and is known as the king of vegetables.

Cut the sausage into slices, peel and mince the garlic.

Wash the cabbage hearts and cut them into several pieces.

Arrange the chopped cabbage on a plate.

Put a little oil in the wok to moisten it, add the sausage over medium-low heat and stir-fry until the oil comes out.

Stir out the oil from the sausage, add the garlic and fry until fragrant, then turn off the heat.
