Sausage rolls with pigtails

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine, mix and ferment. Take out the dough that has risen once and gently press out the air inside. Divide it into 6 small portions, roll into a round shape and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Take a small amount of dough and knead it into a long strip shape with one end thick and one end thin as shown.

Roll into thin slices.

Place a small piece of sausage on the wide end and roll it up. Divide the thin end into three equal parts as shown.

Braid it!

Then roll up the braided hair together.

After making all 6 pieces, proceed to the second fermentation. After the second fermentation, you can see that the rolls have become plump! They look round and plump. Brush with egg wash.
