Homemade shrimp powder
Overview
Since the introduction of the Vishmet wall-breaking machine, the scope of cooking food has been greatly expanded. I want to use shrimp powder to make a Western-style mashed vegetable salad, but it was difficult to grind the shrimp skin into very fine powder before. With a wall breaker, this can be easily accomplished. Moreover, the beaten shrimp flour is super fine, just like the flour we usually use. Use it to season salads, it's great. It can also be used to make a lot of shrimp-flavored snacks, which I will share later.

Steps
-
Dry shrimp skin. If the shrimp skin is wet, put it in the sun to dry
-
Put the shrimp skin into the cup of the wall breaking machine
-
Turn on the grinding function
-
When the grinding function ends, the shrimp skin turns into powder inside.
-
I opened the feed port, and the shrimp skin powder was so fine that it turned into smoke and flew out

Shrimp skin that has been ground into powder

This is the inside of the lid. The flying shrimp powder is stained on it. I scratched it with my finger and saw the mark. The powder on it feels slippery, which shows how delicate it is
-
Use a mesh sieve to dry it, and it will all drain out in one go. There will be no thick residue at all

The fine shrimp powder obtained is great for seasoning salads or making small savory snacks
