Blanch the pork bones and wash them.

Boil water in a casserole and add bones. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.

Cut corn into cubes.

Cut yam and carrot into cubes.

After 15 minutes, add the corn, bring to a boil and continue simmering for half an hour.

Add yams and carrots and simmer for another 20 minutes.
