Almond Shrimp Balls
Overview
The green shrimps I bought were big enough, 250 grams and I ordered 25 of them! I took some fried shrimp balls with almond slices stuck on the outside and served with tomato sauce or salad dressing!

Remove the intestines from the purchased fresh prawns, wash them and drain them

Take a shrimp and cut it open from the back without cutting it off. All 6 shrimps in total are processed

Marinate the opened shrimps with cooking wine, salt and black pepper for more than 30 minutes

Add some flour and water to the egg liquid and stir well to form a paste

Prepared almond slices

Dip the shrimp into the egg batter first

Then stick the almond slices

Heat the oil pan until 50% hot, add almond shrimp balls and fry

Fry for about 2 minutes, remove and drain the oil

Serve with tomato sauce or salad dressing
