I bought Japanese waffle mix

One egg, one bag of waffle mix, 120ml milk

Stir evenly to make it slightly thinner and softer

Flat-bottomed non-stick pan, heat it slightly without adding oil

Use a spoon to scoop up a spoonful and pour it directly into one place to naturally form a round shape

As shown in the picture, one side starts to bubble, turn it over

The other side is OK for 10 to 15 seconds
