Treat the pumpkin flowers as shown in the picture. Clean it, I wash it one by one.

Add water to the pot. After the water boils, blanch the pumpkin flowers and take them out. You may not be sure they are cooked well before feeding them to the baby.

Add water to a bowl, add flour, eggs, and salt and mix well

Add the pumpkin flowers and stir.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, pour a ladle into the pan and turn the pan to spread it out evenly

Shake the pan. If the cake can shake, it means it can be turned over. Use a spatula to carefully flip it and fry until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan.
