Garlic Malantou
Overview
Taking the children to experience the fun we had when we were young, digging wild vegetables in the fields, the children had a great time! It’s not like we did back then. There are no concrete fields, and there are fields and crops everywhere. When spring comes, when you look around, you’ll see purple-red patches, that’s milkvetch! Very, very beautiful! Nowadays, there are only a few Malan heads. It took me most of the day to dig just that, but the little man is still spending his childhood happily in nature! Worth it!

Steps
-
The children are digging out Malan's head very seriously...
-
Prepare the ingredients: Malan head and garlic.
-
Wash the malan head and blanch it in a pot of boiling water for 50 seconds.
-
Then take it out and put it in cold water.
-
Squeeze out the water from the well-watered malan heads and chop into small pieces.
-
Put the malan head into a container and add salt.
-
Add an appropriate amount of sugar to enhance the freshness.
-
Pour in a little light soy sauce and mix well.
-
Peel the garlic and smash into pieces. Don't chop it directly. Crush it first and then cut it into fine pieces. It will be more fragrant and dry out your mouth!
-
Chop the garlic into mince.
-
Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok, heat it up and then turn off the heat.
-
While the oil is hot, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
-
Then pour the garlic oil into the malan head while it's hot and mix well.
