Pineapple Sour Pork
Overview
Taking advantage of the May Day holiday, I ordered a wish menu. The pineapple glutinous rice is red, orange, yellow and green, with a mixture of sour, sweet, salty and fresh. From the color to the taste, it leaves a good impression on people~ It is especially popular with little friends!

-
Cut green and red peppers and pineapple and set aside.
-
Cut the tenderloin into strips to make it more flavorful.
-
Marinate the cut tenderloin with egg white, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and pepper for 10 minutes.
-
Mix flour and cornstarch in a ratio of 1:1, and coat the marinated tenderloin with a layer of flour.
-
Set up a pan with oil and heat it to 70%. Add the flour-coated tenderloin and fry until the surface becomes crispy and then take it out.
-
Leave a little oil in the pot and fry the green and red peppers.
-
Stir-fry the green and red peppers for 1 minute, add the fried tenderloin and stir-fry together.
-
Before serving, add pineapple, tomato paste and a little salt and stir-fry quickly. Stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan immediately. (Pineapples will become more sour at high temperatures, so stir-fry quickly to avoid the sourness coming out)

After adding tomato sauce, this dish immediately becomes colorful!
