Kelp, tangerine peel and mung bean porridge
Overview
This is a very authentic Cantonese sugar water. It may be strange to hear this combination for the first time, but it is really delicious. Although the amount of tangerine peel is very small, the taste is even better with it. Friends who are prone to getting angry recently can cook it and drink it. Kelp and mung beans are both cold, so be careful when eating them. If you have any other questions about nutritious diet, you can add me on WeChat: haige9394.
