-
The cake material is good
-
Put all the cake base ingredients into the basin except butter
-
After kneading into a slightly smooth dough, add softened butter into it
-
Knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and perform basic fermentation in a warm and humid place

While the dough is fermenting, you can work on the chicken. Remove the fascia from two chicken breasts and clean them

When the dough has risen to about 2.5 times its original size, dip your fingers in flour and poke a hole in the top. If it does not shrink or collapse, it means the dough has fermented successfully
-
Take out the dough, place it on a mat, deflate it and roll it into a round shape. Divide the dough into two pieces according to the baking pan used. After rounding, let it rest for 10 minutes before using
-
Use the resting time of the dough to fry the marinated chicken pieces in a wok until cooked, trying not to leave any water inside
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it out into a pie crust larger than an 8-inch pan. Use a mat as a measuring stick
-
Place the pie crust in an 8-inch baking pan, with the edge slightly higher, and poke even holes in the middle with a fork to help vent and prevent deformation during baking
-
Put into the middle rack of the preheated oven, 180 degrees, heat up and down, 10 minutes
