Overview
At the turn of spring and summer in Guizhou, the weather is hot and humid, appetite decreases, and mosquitoes begin to increase. People add chili pepper or garlic to their food to remove moisture and increase immunity. Paired with hand-cut powder from southern Guizhou, it is smooth and tough. It has strong local characteristics.

Prepare your favorite noodles, Guichao, red rice, or noodles

Put the prepared cutting powder into the plate

Prepare two tablespoons of native Yechang brand oil chili pepper

Chop the garlic and set aside. Chop the garlic 15 minutes in advance to facilitate the production of allicin. You can add part of it to cold boiled water to make garlic water.

Crush the fried peanuts with a knife; you can use your own fried peanut kernels or buy drunken peanuts.
