Cold Peach Gum
Overview
The peach gum I bought this time was so good after soaking. I had some left after making the sweet soup. I happened to have dumplings for dinner, so I mixed it with cold dishes. It tasted really good.

Slice the cucumber and add a little salt to draw out the moisture.

Pour out the water from the cucumber and add the soaked peach gum.

Chop the garlic, preferably into a paste. Then add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, a tablespoon of light soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of chili oil.

Add the prepared sauce to the container containing cucumber and peach gum, mix well, and marinate for about 20 minutes.
