Egg yolk, corn oil and milk, mix well, add low flour and continue mixing until there is no grainy batter

Add the egg yolk batter into the egg white batter in two batches and mix evenly from the bottom up

Finally, add the remaining portion of the egg white batter into the egg yolk batter, and mix evenly from the bottom up

Do not stir in circles to avoid defoaming and affecting the taste

Pour into the mold, shake it gently, put it in the oven at 150 degrees, and bake for 50 minutes
