Salted Egg
Overview
There are only salted duck eggs in the market, but I haven’t seen any selling duck eggs. If you want to eat safe food, you can only make it yourself. If you don’t have duck eggs, use eggs to pickle them. This is the first time I tried pickling using this method and only used a few eggs. The simple method can give you a satisfactory result

Wash the eggs and dry them, and set aside the white wine. This is my first time trying to pickle using this method, so I only prepared a few eggs

Soak the eggs in white wine

Add salt and turn over so that the eggs are evenly coated with salt

Wrap each egg tightly with plastic wrap and put it in a crisper or a cool place inside the jar for 25 days
