Lazy Kuaishou Pumpkin Soup
Overview
I like to eat pumpkin soup from a certain hot pot restaurant, and I experimented several times to find the most suitable ingredient - iron rod yam. It’s good for the elderly, children and adults. Breakfast takes ten minutes.

pumpkin, 1 iron yam, peel, cut into pieces (about 4 × 3 cm), wash them. The ratio of pumpkin to yam is about 2:1.

Cook. Pumpkin and yam are about 2:1, more or less makes no difference. Add sugar. Cook and let stand for 5 minutes (it is better to insert the chopsticks into the pumpkin with a little force), and wait until it cools down slightly
