Ham, carrots, potatoes, and gluten-free beans, diced separately

Bring the mushrooms to a boil over low heat and add water, then turn off the heat and soak until soft (you can keep the soaked mushrooms for cooking)

Pour the rice into the rice cooker and wash it

Add 290g of cold water (I forgot to wash the mushrooms when I soaked them, so the mushroom water cannot be used😁)

Put it into the rice cooker, press the cooking button, and cook until smoking (8-10 minutes)

Add a little oil to the wok

Add shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant

Add in diced ham and stir-fry out excess oil

Add peas, potatoes, carrots, and gluten-free beans and stir-fry

Add salt and mix well, turn off the heat

After the rice cooker starts to smoke, pour all the fried ingredients in, cover the lid and continue cooking until the rice cooker switches to keep warm

Unplug the power, simmer for 10 minutes, open the lid and add shredded squid, mix well
