  1. Prepare materials

  4. Stir-fry the pork ribs until golden brown, pour in the sauce and add a small dried chili pepper

  5. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes; bring to high heat again and add sugar to reduce the juice
