Hot and sour pork ribs
Overview
This time, it’s probably the third time I’ve made pork ribs. It’s still a similar method, but the taste is a little more sour than last time. It goes well with rice

Prepare materials

Wash the spareribs and boil them in water

Drain the pork ribs, add garlic slices, and stir-fry ginger slices

Stir-fry the pork ribs until golden brown, pour in the sauce and add a small dried chili pepper

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for about 10 minutes; bring to high heat again and add sugar to reduce the juice

Add a little sweet vinegar to taste
