Spicy Dried Fish
Overview
My husband has always wanted to eat dried fish, but there are no supermarkets nearby. I took advantage of the time during the holiday and went to a larger supermarket to buy it. I bought it home and couldn’t wait to make some at night. It was really delicious and went well with the meal. It made me eat one more bowl of rice than usual.

Prepare dried fish, small green pepper and garlic

Wash the dried fish with water and deep-fry it so it won’t burn

Chop small green pepper and garlic

.Put oil in a hot pan and fry the dried fish. Because the dried fish is salty, do not add salt

Fry until fragrant and transfer to a plate for later use, leaving the oil at the bottom of the pot

Sautéed green peppers and garlic

.Saute until the peppers are broken, add some salt and stir-fry evenly

Pour the dried fish into the pot and stir-fry with the chili

Add a small amount of water and let it simmer
