Of course, the authentic Linyi pancakes are not made this way. The ones I made with an electric pan are certainly not the authentic Linyi pancakes, but you can eat six or seven of them rolled up with vegetables.

Mix the flour, water and eggs evenly until there are no lumps. Use chopsticks to lift the batter and drop it intermittently.

Turn on the electric baking pan, use a porridge spoon to pour the batter into the electric baking pan, half a spoonful at a time, and then use a pancake scraper to scrape the batter into a pancake shape.

Just scrape it in a circle and wait for thirty seconds. The edges of the pancake will rise. Just flip the pancake over for a few seconds.

Just get good at it and do it a few times. You can put eggs, spread with sauce, put fried dough sticks, some chopped green onions and the like to make pancakes. I didn't put it in this time. I stir-fried vegetables separately and ate them wrapped in pancakes.
