Cut the cabbage into small pieces, wash and drain. Chop the garlic cloves into puree, chop the ginger into chunks, and wash the dried chili peppers. Stir together the light soy sauce and oyster sauce and set aside.

Pour a little pepper oil into the pot, add minced garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add dried chili peppers.

Pour in the sliced bacon and stir-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add cabbage and stir-fry together.

Pour in the sauce mixed with light soy sauce and oyster sauce, and continue to stir-fry over medium heat until the cabbage leaves become soft.
