Blueberry Yam Puree
Overview
Yam, also known as yam, is a common food ingredient. Yams are rich in protein, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene and vitamins and other nutrients, amylase, choline, mucus juice enzymes and diosgenin. I made blueberry yam puree and it was delicious.

Wash the yams.

Put into pot and steam until cooked.

Peel the yams.

Press into fine yam puree, add milk, condensed milk, salt and mix well.

Put into piping bag.

Squeeze into container.

Drizzle with blueberry jam and serve.
