Umeboshi Pancake
Overview
During the National Day holiday, I was visiting an old street in Huzhou City and ate a prune vegetable pancake. It tasted good! Yesterday, my family made braised pork with dried plums and vegetables and there was some leftovers, so I thought of chopping it up and making pancakes to eat! I deliberately used two methods to make it!

Take a bowl and put Chinese powder, salad oil, salt, and sugar

Dissolve the yeast with warm water and add it to the medium flour, then add an appropriate amount of water and mix it into a dough of moderate hardness

Place the dough on a Youzhibao silicone mat and knead until smooth

Then put it in a basin and put it in the oven to ferment at low temperature for 20 minutes

Take it out, flatten and deflate, divide into eight equal parts, and let rest for 10 minutes

Take a piece of dough, flatten it and roll it out, preferably thick in the middle and thin around the edges

Prepared prunes, vegetables and minced meat, seasoned

Spoon a spoonful of filling in the middle

Wrap them up, one by one

I used two methods to place 4 electric baking pans

Fry the upper and lower layers for about 3 minutes, then turn off the switch when you see golden brown

Brush 4 with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds

Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 18-20 minutes
