Put light soy sauce, salt and chicken essence in a bowl and set aside.

Mince ginger and garlic, cut chili millet into sections, mince green onion, and set aside chili powder.

Put the pot under boiling water and cook with both hands.

Put the Chao Shou soup into a bowl and sprinkle chili powder, millet chili and minced garlic on top.

Pour boiled oil over it.
