Overview
Although green beans are called beans, what is eaten is its thick outer pod. The green beans planted by my mother at home have begun to be harvested, so my mother will send some green beans every now and then. The green beans are plump and crispy, and I can't get enough of them whether they are fried or cooked in soup. Wash the green beans in water.
